![]() The number of predictable factors are very big. Tennis Expert Software rating system is based on 3 different rating models. There are no official ATP tennis ratings in our system. We think that the ATP tennis ratings are not good for predictions - they do not take into account the Davis Cup, challenger and qualifying results, the playing surface, current form of players, the quality of the opposition and so on. Tennis Expert Software rating system does take all this into account and there is a lot of other variables that determines Tennis Expert Software predicted probabilities - players weight, height and age; number of games they won; quality of the players they played against; particular surface; overall and current form; head@head; specialization; stability and more. Each player has a surface rating and overall rating. You can see them in Excel format. Based on each week's performance, player's ratings might up or down. By converting a bookmaker's odds to probabilities we can compare them to our own probabilities to see if there is some advantage. When a players true odds of winning is much greater than the price on offer, then we have a value Tennis bet. We also use multiple Tennis bets to create value. The amount to bet in program is given using the 'Kelly' method. You can chose between "Full Kelly", "Half-Kelly" or "Third Kelly". See also Screenshots section |
