You must download Tennis.exe (necessary) and Tennis.mdb (necessary). The other files are optional.

	Demo DB	You will be able to see almost all functions of program, but DB is large. Ratings was counted on the base of only 38 tournaments because full DB size (full results of 6-8 years) is 800-900 Mb. It's only demo DB, you can not use it for the exact predictions.	1.839.126
	Last ATP DB start of 2008 tennis seazon Last WTA DB	If you have a full version of program, on the base of this DB you'll be able to teach your PC "to understand tennis". Copy Tennis.exe and Tennis.mdb (necessary) into one folder.

Make a copy of this folder into safe place. You can restore data from that folder later in case of some problems.

Do not click on tennis.exe file.

For program launching you must set up ODBC driver: Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative tools->ODBC-sources->Add->Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)/Finish

In the box "Name" you must write "tennis", press button "Select", fix on Tennis.mdb file and press OK.

On this stage your database does not contain the ratings.

That's why you must do some simple operations in order to calculate the ratings.

Close all windows before calculation. You must have 1000 Mb of free space on you hard drive.

Rating account

1) Press button Ratings for the following window.

2) In the list "Rating type" (2) choose Rating 1, take off a checker from date (4) and press button "Show" (6). Wait for superscription "Operation was completed" (1).

This operation is very long. Calculation time depends on productivity of your system.

Before next step we recommend you to copy the last database version (Tennis.mdb) in order to begin from step 2 in case of some problems, not from the first one.

3) In the list "Rating type" (2) choose Rating 2, take off a checker from date (4) and press button " Show" (6).

Attention: You can account 3 and 4 step in other way if you can't account all ratings at once. Example.

4) In the list "Rating type" (2) choose Rating Sparks, take off a checker from date (4) and press button " Show" (6).

5) take off a checker from date (4) and press button "Set places" (9)
6) take off a checker from date (4) and press button "Set all places" (10)

You must wait for full execution of every step, else you must begin once more.

If you can not complete some step due to insufficient memory:

1) download calculated db (visit forum for link);
2) install additional memory;
3) take original base, in Administration/Tournament menu press button "Search" and delete 20-30 old or small tournaments (influence of the old results on prognoses quality is small). Do not delete the results of 2 last years. Go to first step. It's very bad variant, but....
4) place an order for CD with last program version, last calculated data base and interesting tennis information. E-mail us.
